My journey from Kolkata to Bangalore, Chennai, and Delhi has reinforced one simple truth – food has the remarkable power to unite cultures. During my MBA days in Bangalore and my time in Chennai, I developed a deep appreciation for South Indian cuisine. Later, while preparing for the UPSC in Delhi, I observed how people from diverse backgrounds embraced these flavors with equal joy and warmth.
